The gorgeous Magical Bamboo House location overlooks Bali’s lush terraced rice paddies and Mount Agung in the distance and is completely separated from the island’s crowded tourist hubs.

We loved our time at this treehouse, which feels like a giant outdoor space with wide terraces, two master bedrooms overlooking the rice paddies, and even an outdoor covered bathroom. However, our favorite part was the huge hammock on the second floor, ideal for lounging, napping, and settling in with a book.

In addition, the house is hosted by Made, who lives in the village nearby and is always ready to attend to guests.
