This property has been remodeled, and the furniture and appliances are clean and functional. I loved the four-person hot tub, which is fenced-in and private.
Several nearby clubhouse centers provide a recreational room with a workout room, a game room with a pool table, outdoor tennis and basketball courts, and even a pool. These communal clubhouses are available to all the guest rentals.

This treehouse getaway was perfect and cozy for the two of us. However, it is pet friendly, and we did find some dog hair on some of the furniture. This fact is a problem for those with allergies.
Pros:
- Explore the stunning hiking trails of the Smoky mountains.
- Go shopping and restaurant exploring in downtown Gatlinburg.
- Soak in the private hot tub, the two-person tub, or the two-person walk-in shower with two shower heads.
- Check out the clubhouses for sports, good workouts, or games.
Cons:
- There are about ten treehouse rentals that share the three clubhouses. Depending on the season, it can get busy, especially by the pool.
